The Undercurrent (2022 - present)

Software used: Wix Editor, Adobe Illustrator, Spotify Podcast

The Undercurrent (previously known as Creatives Archive), serves to amplify up-and-coming artists, musicians, and producers by sharing their stories with the public. I created the brand in 2022 out of always discovering new talent with no outlet to go in depth on what I was finding.

The Undercurrent recently went under a re-design, but the core values and content still remains the same. The website currently contains two sub-pages: Freeflo (where blog write-ups are housed) and Overflo (the podcast that accompanies some of the write-ups). Explore the site below!

Young n’ Creative (2024)

Software used: iMovie, GarageBand, Adobe Express

For my previous multimedia and videography class, I produced a short film that follows the story of my friend, Damien, who is a clothing designer and upcyclist. The film goes into his background and how he became a designer. The film also goes into a bit of history on a famous fashion designer.

I directed, produced, and created the score for the entire film. Feel free to watch the video below!

NCSMI News Anchoring (2020)

Software used: iMovie

In 2020, I was chosen to be the news anchor for the North Carolina Scholastic Media Institute (NCSMI) at UNC Chapel Hill. I, along with a full media team, remotely worked together to create a news segment about current events.

My involvement included anchoring the segment and producing the entire segment related to school concerns regarding COVID. I conducted two interviews for this segment: one being with a middle school guidance counselor and the other with a parent of children in the Wake County School System.
