Passio Go! - A Co-Experience Case Study

Background

Passio Go! is a student based platform for transportation services to, from, and around campus. It allows real time tracking of shuttle services which allows students to accurately track shuttle arrival and departure time to ensure timely travel to and from camps.

For this team case study, we were tasked with assessing the current state of the application as well as gaining an in-depth background of it. The case study examines what features and functions exist within the app, an analysis of these items, and a detailed plan for how our team would approach UX research to better improve the application.
